“MARE - Mediterranean Alliance for Research and Education”
Objective
The Erasmus+ Programme – mobility offers the possibility for students from the University of Kairouan to study at the University of Pisa, Italy
Number of motilities: 2
Fields of Education and Training:
- Engineering, (Please notice that students who are specialized in Computer Sciences are not concerned with this grant.)
- Agriculture,
- Veterinary
Eligibility Requirements for Erasmus Students
- Students willing to participate in the programme must be enrolled at the University of Kairouan that signed the Inter Institutional Agreement within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, with the University of Pisa, Italy
- An intermediate level of English proficiency
Mobility periods:
Students Mobility: 6 months (from September 2025 to February 2026)
Financing:
- Travel support 450 Euros
- Individual support : 1000 Euros per month
Required documents
- Motivation letter
- Application Form
- Transcript of records: an official list certified by the home institution, including all completed courses (both BA and MA) with information on credits and grades.
- Language certificate or a statement confirming that the student's English proficiency is at an intermediate level
- CV in English
- Draft Learning Agreement
- A scanned copy of the passport
- Certificate of Enrollment
Selection criteria:
- Academic performance
- Motivation statement
- Language skills
- CV and extracurricular activities
Deadline for applications: June 26, 2025.
Note :
- All documents in Arabic or French should be translated into English language.
- The student must be preselected by the University of Kairouan on the basis of transparent and fair criteria.
- The University of Pisa responsible of the final selection.
